Over the years, I've developed a more consultative approach to helping my clients make informed decisions in relation to the market and mortgage rates. I want to emphasize if this means telling you it is not the best time to sell - at least from an economic perspective - then that's what I'll do. As they say, "Honesty is the best policy!" It certainly makes for better long-term working relationships. There are many qualities and skills which go into being an excellent real estate agent. One of the most important is the ability to discover and address the diverse needs and concerns of my clients.
